They need a place where the parts of them that feel tangled, overwhelmed or tired get a chance to be seen - and slowly, gently, rearranged into something that feels more like home.

That's what I try to offer. Not a neat answer. Not a script.
A steady, creative, kind space where you get to move at your own pace.

Who this is for

There is no right way to feel - only your way.

Therapy here isn't about fixing. It's about making sense of things in a way that feels true to you, at a pace that feels safe.
01

Arriving

A quiet check-in. How are you really? We notice mood, body, what the week left behind. No right answer just arriving honestly.

02

Making

If the moment is right, we move into the creative space- image, colour, material, metaphor. A softer way to meet what's going on.

03

Meeting

We look together at what came up - without interpretation being forced. You lead the meaning; I hold the frame.

04

Closing

A gentle landing. We pause, ground and step back into the rest of the day with something small to take with you.

Good to know

A few common questions

Do I need to be “good at art”?

No - not at all. This isn't an art class, and nothing you make gets judged. The point is the process, not the result. Stick figures, scribbles and half-finished pages are all welcome.

I'd rather just talk. Is that okay?

Completely. Many sessions are mostly conversation. The creative side is always an option, never a requirement.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the BACP ethical framework I practise under. The only exceptions are the standard ones - serious risk to you or someone else - and I'll talk those through with you from the start.

Can parents sit in on a teen's sessions?

Usually not - young clients do best when they have their own private space. There are exceptions for younger children, and we can agree regular light-touch check-ins with parents when helpful.

Do you offer sessions in Polish?

Yes - sessions are available in English or Polish. Many clients prefer to switch between the two depending on the topic, and that's completely fine.

How long do people usually come for?

It varies. Some people come for a handful of sessions around a specific thing; others work in a longer, open-ended way. You never sign up for more than the next session.

How online sessions work

Sessions take place in a safe and supportive online space using a secure video platform. You can join from the comfort of your own home, with a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to your needs. You may be invited to engage in creative processes such as drawing, movement, storytelling, or working with simple materials you have at home. No artistic experience is needed. This is about expression, not performance.
Before we begin, you will receive clear instructions on how to prepare your space and any optional materials you might like to have nearby.

Confidentiality and privacy

Your privacy is taken seriously. All sessions are confidential and conducted through secure, encrypted platforms.Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except in rare situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.Notes may be kept for professional and ethical purposes. These are stored securely in accordance with data protection guidelines.

What expressive arts-informed counselling is and is not

Expressive arts-informed counselling is a gentle, creative approach that uses art-making, movement, imagination, and storytelling to explore thoughts and feelings. It does not focus on producing “good” art, but rather on the process of expression and discovery.
This approach can be especially helpful when words feel difficult or limiting. It invites curiosity, play, and new perspectives, supporting emotional awareness and personal growth. It can be particularly supportive for neurodivergent people, offering flexible, sensory-aware ways to explore inner experience at a comfortable pace.
Expressive arts therapy is not about diagnosis, fixed interpretation of artwork, or judging artistic skill. It is also not a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment, but can work alongside other forms of support.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. This policy helps ensure fairness and allows time to offer the session to someone else.If you are running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Languages available

Sessions are available in: Polish and English. You are welcome to move between languages during sessions if that feels natural or supportive to you.
