Counselling that feels like being met
For people who have spent too long being someone easier than themselves: that's who I write and work for.

Languages & format
Two languages. Two ways to meet.
Two languages, same nervous system.
Sessions are offered in both languages, so you can speak in whichever feels most like home that week.
Online - from wherever feels safe.
Especially helpful for clients who find travel, unfamiliar buildings or waiting rooms difficult. Quiet and private.
In person - one to one.
A calm room, materials laid out, the door closed. You bring whatever turned up that week and we work with it together.
A first conversation, free.
A short, no-pressure call to see if it feels like a fit. You don't have to know what to say, or have a tidy reason for coming.
How I use expressive arts
A map of the work,
not a diagnosis.
Concentric layers of inner work - body, feeling, story, connection - held by a creative practice that meets you where you are. Hover any ring to read what we work with there.
