A space for teens, and a space for the people raising them.

Two separate spaces for one thing, really - gentler, neuroaffirming support for young lives that often feel loud on the outside and tiring on the inside.

For teens & young people

You don't have to have it figured out to show up.

If you're the one who was told you'd “grow out of it,” the one who masks all day and melts down at home, the one who's sick of being a project - this page is for you, not for the adults reading over your shoulder.

Whatever's there.

Anxiety, school stress, friendship stuff, identity, burnout, sensory overload, big feelings you can't put into words, feelings that feel like nothing at all. None of it is too small. None of it is too much.

  • Feeling different and tired of explaining why
  • Masking all day and crashing when you get home
  • Overwhelm, shutdown, anxious spirals
  • Low mood, self-criticism, not feeling real
  • Working out who you are - quietly, on your terms

Low-key, and yours.

No forced eye contact. No pressure to talk constantly. You can draw, doodle, listen, go quiet, fidget, come back. You can show up in your hoodie, camera off if we're online, and we'll find a way to work that feels okay.

  • Online if leaving the house is too much
  • No homework, no worksheets, no “reward charts”
  • You set the topic. You set the pace.
  • Nothing gets reported back to your parents without your say

For parents & families

You are allowed to be tired, and still doing a good job.

Raising a neurodivergent child or teen is a particular kind of work. It can be deeply loving, deeply exhausting, and quietly lonely all at once. There is space here for your child - and there is space here for you.

Gentle, pressure-free support.

Sessions for children and teens that don't rely on them “performing therapy.” We use creativity as a bridge to things that feel hard to say, and we take the pace from your child - not from a plan.

  • Building emotional awareness and self-trust
  • Managing stress, sensory load and school pressure
  • Creative coping strategies that actually fit their brain
  • A kinder, more realistic story about who they are

Parent consultations.

A confidential, non-judgemental hour where you're not “the parent of” - you're the person in the chair. We can talk about what you're carrying, what's working, what isn't, and what neuroaffirming support at home can actually look like.

  • A space to decompress without performing “coping”
  • Practical, neuroaffirming strategies for home life
  • How to hold boundaries without breaking connection
  • Honest conversations about burnout — yours included
