A kinder space to feel, make and be understood.

Transpersonal arts counselling for teenagers, young people and adults working through big feelings, big changes, or a mind that works differently, neurodivergent or not.

Ewa Mikrut, expressive arts therapist, sitting in a calm, welcoming therapy space.

Who this is for

There is no right way to feel - only your way.

Therapy here isn't about fixing. It's about making sense of things in a way that feels true to you, at a pace that feels safe.

Teens & young people

Low-pressure, judgement-free sessions for teenagers who are tired of being told how to feel. We use creativity, story and conversation - whatever works for you that day.

Parents & families

Support for parents raising neurodivergent children and teenagers - including guidance on how to hold space for big emotions without burning yourself out.

Neurodivergent adults

For autistic and ADHD adults looking for a counsellor who understands neurodivergence as a way of being - not a deficit. Space to rebuild a kinder self-narrative.

My approach

Art as a way in, not a requirement.

You don't need to consider yourself creative. We use image, story, metaphor and material when words feel too much - and plain conversation when they don't.
01

Holistic & transpersonal

Mind, body and emotion treated as one picture, not separate problems to solve. Sessions move between feeling, making and reflecting.

02

Neuroaffirming at heart

ASD and ADHD are natural variation in how people think and feel - not deficits. We work with your wiring, not against it.

03

Strengths, not fixes

The focus is on agency, resource and your authentic voice - building on what's already working, gently, without pressure.

04

Safe, unhurried, yours

A non-judgemental space where you get to set the pace. Nothing to prove, nothing to perform.

I joined the group very tentatively, as I had always believed that I had no artistic talent. In the group I discovered not only a new talent, but also that it is possible to learn something new at any age. I never imagined that working with papier mache could bring me such joy.

These group meetings are, for me, like spending time with friends. I can talk about whatever is on my mind, or simply remain quiet if that is what I need.
Tom
I very much appreciate that our meetings include art; it is something more than words alone. I am grateful that I continue to learn new things, and that Ewa shows such great patience towards me.
Andrew
I always look forward to these sessions; they are the highlight of my month. Of all the meetings, I value most those in which I can truly speak from the heart. I live alone and often have no one with whom to talk.
Pam
The wellbeing group meetings have given me a genuine sense of belonging. After my husband’s death, I moved to a new place where I did not know anyone. Now I have friends and I no longer feel alone.
